Feather Touch Recreation Association, Kankinara is going to host "All Bengal Men's Doubles Badminton Tournament 2017 - 18. The tournament will be a high profile event which would attract crowd from in and around Kankinara, Naihati, Shyamnagar, Barrackpore, Kanchrapara to watch Ranking and Non-ranking Bengal players compete on a big scale and expose their talent. It will be the 3rd journey of FTRASSO's Badminton Tournament. All the games will be supervised and monitored by West Bengal Badminton Association officials. This year, we are comprising 16 teams as take part of this event. The event is expected to be attended by 10,000-20,000 crowd as well. Last year, we had Minu Fashion's as our Title Sponsor. And, Rakhi Halder, who won gold medal in 2012's Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship at Apia city in Samoa, was our chief guest along with (Veteran ) Bengal Badminton Player Mr. Tapan Tarafdar.
